Good Morning,
last week I was getting my biweekly acupuncture treatment for my heart and health and talking to Sarah about healing, Telling her that I don’t understand this arrhythmia ( condition I’ve had for 11 years), it can only get worse-it can’t be reversed? And she told me a story of how another one of her patients explained healing. She, the patient, had been looking at healing incompletely-as a past and a future, not in the present. She told Sarah, “today I am healed”.
Wow!!!! that struck me so profoundly. “today I am healed” very Reiki-ish, and it also encompasses the “IAM” power.
I use it every day. Just for Today-IAM healed-

Yes,tired of being tired!!! I feel you!!! One day at a time is all that I ask sweet Jesus. Remember that Carla, yesterday is gone tomorrow may never be. Un Dia la Ves(sorry my spelling is wrong..lol me bad)… I love this song it get me through those hard days. And yes we can be tired of being tired, but we rest and wake up tired but we keep on going and doing. Little by little baby steps till the energy comes back. It will I know it for you it will. You will be healed for that I pray for you in Jesus name Amen. Every day morning, mid day and at night. I thank God daily for life it self. You are so Blessed to be so strong to share this chapter of your book of life with us all, you give me hope and strength, I feel the love and caring in your voice. How positive you are, it keeps me positive too. You are so amazing!!! God Bless you and your family… ✌

Ohhhh my Carla, your bright eyes say everything and your beautiful smile does as well! When those two things change my heart sinks. It is you who is traveling this road but I am so grateful that you are sharing this journey with those of us who love you. You will overcome and you will be strong and healthy again. When all this started I had a conversation with Mother Mary. One of the things I said was if I was going to go through this I wanted to be of service with the experience. I believe I am experiencing what I need to experience so that whenever and to whomever, I can say “I understand – I’ve been there” Thank you for being part of my journey. xo
